Course overview
This course will provide learners who have a responsibility for supervising others with the knowledge, understanding and skills required to carry out effective supervision within their workplace. This course will look at both the theoretical aspects of supervision as well as the practical elements of how to conduct and record an effective supervision session.

This course is delivered using a range of methods and resources including:

Group discussions, small group activities and action planning. Supervision recording templates specific to organisation, role play and mapping tools for standards
