Who is This Course For?
This Stress Awareness course is aimed at All Staff. It provides information to enable Delegates to understand the causes of stress, identify the signs and symptoms of stress including their effects on the team and themselves. It also looks at effective stress management strategies, as well as where to go for help.
The Stress Awareness course aims to support staff to recognise the signs of stress, looking at its causes and trigger points as well as its effect on themselves as well as their colleagues. It also exploring ways to manage the stress, through supportive and positive solutions led approach. It includes:
