This coaching course is aimed at All Staff who have responsibility for supervising and managing staff. It is specifically aimed at anyone who wishes to develop their skills in support and challenge trainees to fulfil their potential within an organisation. It looks at the role of a coach and the trainee, in the coaching process, explores a variety of tools and techniques that support the process. Most staff carry on learning on the job, coaching techniques enhance the on - the - job learning activities to fulfil potential, and drive the business forward.
This Appraisal course aims to provide supervisors and managers with the skills and knowledge to carry out an effective performance appraisal with confidence, allowing for improved performance of the appraisee through discussions and agreed targets. It uses tools, techniques and templates recommended by Skills For Care. It also provides all staff with an understanding of the Appraisal and Review process, including their roles and responsibilities.
This Customer Service course is aimed at All Staff. It provides Staff with an understanding of the importance of excellent customer focused delivery and looks at the benefits and drawbacks of this. It also looks at and the skills,qualities and knowledge required to provide excellent customer focused service, by looking at the effectiveness of the role of communication in this process.
