All our courses fulfill the requirements of the CQC’s Key Five Lines of Enquiry Inspection standards as well as complementing The Care Certificate requirements. In addition to this, we are mindful of the requirements of the Regulated Qualifications Framework and our courses have been developed to underpin the foundation knowledge required for the accredited courses.

Business Courses

In line with the requirements of the new CQC Inspections Standards (KLOE), we have developed a series of Business Management and Development courses, to support Managers, Seniors and Leaders to better manage their workforce – illustrating our ability to work with, and train, staff at all levels within an organisation.

Alium has a flexible approach to training and are able to deliver courses on-site or off-site to suit your wishes. Courses vary in duration and most of them can accommodate up to 12 delegates.
